Join us for the continuation of the engaging discussion on how Harbor Safety Committees help promote maritime safety, operational efficiency, and risk management. Patrick Gallagher will provide an overview of the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee and explore the 2026 Harbor Safety Plan's Standards of Care, highlighting how these industry-developed best practices can help reduce risk exposure and improve operational outcomes across the maritime industry.

Patrick Gallagher is the Executive Director of the Marine Exchange of Puget Sound and a retired U.S. Coast Guard Commander with more than 21 years of maritime leadership experience. He currently serves as Chair of the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee and holds leadership roles with several regional and national maritime organizations, bringing a unique perspective on maritime safety, information sharing, and industry collaboration.
