Overview: This presentation will discuss the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and mandatory insurer reporting requirements for Medicare beneficiaries who are injured in job-related accidents.  The presentation will also address Medicare set asides, the benefits of CMS review, Medicare’s right to recover conditional payments, and the potential penalties for non-compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act.
