Membership
Established in 1911, the purpose of the Marine Insurance Association of Seattle (MIAS), shall be to promote harmony, fellowship and good practice in the profession, the interchange of views, opinions and personal experience, the topics of interest to the profession and the consideration of such subjects as may be brought before the Association.
WHO ARE OUR MEMBERS?
The active membership of MIAS consists of a diverse number of Company Underwriters, Brokers, Adjusters, Marine Surveyors and Maritime Attorneys representing a full scope of the Marine Insurance Industry. A non-profit organization, MIAS is committed to promoting good will and educational opportunities within the marine industry.
