Marine Insurance Association of Seattle Scholarship Program - Deadline December 1st!

It is that time of year again where we are searching for deserving individuals to be the recipients of the Annual Marine Insurance Association of Seattle Scholarships. The Scholarship Committee of MIAS is now accepting applications.  

Two $4,500 scholarships will be awarded on Thursday, January 29, 2026. A presentation and ceremony to the MIAS Membership will be held at the Annual Membership Banquet.

Requirements in Order to Qualify:

  1. Applicant must have a grade point average of 2.5 or better.

  2. Applicant must be a full-time student.

Submission Process:

  1. Completed application

  2. Two (2) letters of recommendation (one personal and one professional)

  3. Copy of last grade transcript or G.E.D. certificate

The deadline to receive completed applications will be NO LATER than close of business on Monday, December 1st, 2025.
